I loved reading Richard's diaries.I could hear him reading this aloud on a stage.I especially liked his comments on books he
read.Both the ones he liked and the ones he hated.What a sharp observer of humans he was.
It seemed like yesterday he was in Le Scandale with Elizabeth Taylor.Basicly,what comes through the reading of his diary is sheer genius and
love of life.He suffered periodically from his "welsh black moods,he drank too much...but you can't help liking him.
I always thought he was Britain's greatest actor !!
